Our complement of Trainers and Resources who are continuously present to provide support and guidance to the students, are experienced Consultants, SuperTeachers and outstanding Super-Teens™ who use these skills daily. Our student to staff ratio is about six to one so that you get personal attention and guidance.
All Super-Teens™ trainers undergo a rigorous and comprehensive training program and only the best are selected to become trainers.

Founder / Lead Trainer
Dr. Ernest Wong
Dr. Ernest Wong is the Founder, Principle Consultant and Master Trainer of Learning Mastery Pte. Ltd. He has dedicated his life to teaching his students to learning what really matters at various stages in their lives.
He holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and a Master in Human Resource Development. He is also a Certified Trainer in Accelerated Learning from USA and a certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from Canada.
Being a pioneer and authority in Accelerated Learning, he has been using his expertise, experience and knowledge to help teenagers and kids to achieve Peak Performance and success in studies and their lives, SINCE 1985! In addition, he has also coached many adult professionals in life planning and money management. Many of his students are now professionals, managers, successful businesspeople and entrepreneurs
Co-Trainers/ Resources
Mr. Peter Lau
Peter Lau has achieved a lot of firsts in his career. He has earned his credentials in the Human Potential Development by becoming the world’s youngest Neuro-Semantics® Trainer in history, certified by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics® (ISNS) in 2007. He is also the youngest Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in Singapore at age 21, certified by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP); and a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy, certified by the Time Line Therapy Association (TLTA).
Peter Lau has a diverse interest in different disciplines of learning. He learnt about human behaviours and the skills needed to succeed in the real world. In Singapore, most young men at the age of 21 have just finished their National Service and starting their first year in university. However, Peter has achieved more than that at that age. During his National Service, Peter was a trained Armour Specialist. At the age of 21, Peter had graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and at the age of 24, graduated with a Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Finance from University College Dublin’s Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School of the National University of Ireland, Dublin.
Resource Leaders
The members of the resource team are outstanding graduates of the Super-Teens™ program who come back and facilitate the program. They provide special mentorship, care and support to the new Super-Teens.
Their passion to share their knowledge is evident in their interaction with the participants.
